Hi, I’m Teliah!
I’m excited you’re here, because that means we already have something in common. That means, we both desire to continue doing what we love, create a beautiful family life, stay sane in the process and have maximum time and financial freedom.
I was asked a couple months ago where I saw myself in 5 years and then what I needed to do to make sure that happened. I see myself and my hunk of a husband(Kylon Gienger) having a family, building businesses and helping as many entrepreneurs as we can through those platforms….
and of course working completely from home!
Who doesn’t want to be their own boss?
I believe that life is all about finding and maintaining balance in every role you play and that is what I intend to share with you.
Which is why I have created The Balancing Act Podcast.
At a young age, my mother and step-dad introduced me to entrepreneurship. Although I was surrounded by businesses growing up, it wasn’t till I was about 23 that I realized I didn’t want to work for someone else.
Why should I spend my valuable time chasing THEIR dreams?
Luckily for me, my husband grew up the same way so from the beginning we have been working side by side towards the same thing since we got married in 2010.
We started by opening two brick and mortar businesses in Yakima, WA in 2015. Renú Hot Yoga and NUYU Juice Bar are some of my favorite places to be and where I have learned the most about being a business owner. I love being a yoga instructor and helping individuals gain control of their health and change their world through these two businesses.
Kylon also recently launched a series of online business coaching courses called Systems for Success. Because we have implemented systems in Renú and NUYU, we have incredible teams in place and find ourselves not having to work in the business as much as on it, which has freed up some of my time to think about what is next for me.
It was at that point that I realized when I start a family I want to be working completely from home. I also realized that while I continue to maintain the roles I already play, I want the freedom to add more with the hopes that I won’t have to sacrifice being anything less than successful in each area.
I don’t believe that to be a great entrepreneur, wife, mother, individual or any other damn thing, you have to be lacking or not successful in other areas of life.
I believe that you can learn and master the art of balancing.
I love everything that I do and everything I’m a part of and honestly up till a while ago, I felt that as soon as I started having kids or franchising my businesses that I could do nothing else or I would fail.
I say hell no.
The Balancing Act Podcast is where we will hear from wives & mothers who are also successful entrepreneurs. We will hear their journey of finding balance in life; their successes, challenges and everything in between as well as how YOU can find more balance in your life.
