After a stint in the military, a while being a firefighter, EMT and life and wellness coach for over a decade, Michelle now finds herself as the host of The Game Changer Podcast where she inspires others to think bigger than they currently think is possible. - Start your day by visualizing every moment and how it’s going to be executed. That proves it’s already happened and now you just go through the movements of achieving each task.
- Take time to self-reflect. It’s important to recognize how you did in certain areas and how you can do better tomorrow in those areas as well.
- Master your day by starting with meditation. Remove clutter and noise in your life by taking a moment of stillness. Giving yourself some time to level back out with a moment where you are not taking in ‘input’ you will be able to find a lot less stress in your day.
- Find your purpose for ‘being’ by thinking about what matters to you at an early age. Align what you do each day with your passions!
